  • Bread and herb butter
  • Dried bean soup with hamsoup pot

  •      Second Remove
  • Roast Beef served with Black Pepper Sauce
  • Roast Chicken served with Green Garlic Sauce
  • Frumenty (Barley)
  • Roasted root vegetables (Parsnips, Carrots, Turnips, Onions)
  • Braised cabbage with bacon

  •      Third Remove
  • Spiced bread pudding with sauteed apples and pears
