- First Remove
- Bread and herb butter
- Dried bean soup with ham
- Second Remove
- Roast Beef served with Black Pepper Sauce
- Roast Chicken served with Green Garlic Sauce
- Frumenty (Barley)
- Roasted root vegetables (Parsnips, Carrots, Turnips, Onions)
- Braised cabbage with bacon
- Third Remove
- Spiced bread pudding with sauteed apples and pears
