4:30PM - Bryn Gwlad Baronial Court
6:00PM - Feast
later - more general revelry

A&S Schedule

9:00AM - Hall Opens; Registration/Check In for A&S Competition begins.
11:00AM - Registration for A&S Competition closes. No exceptions.
11:30AM - 3:30PM - Judging of the entries.
3:45PM - Check Out and completion of the A&S Competition.
4:00PM - Final Call to clear out A&S.
4:10PM - A&S Competition closes, and site conversion begins.
4:30PM - Court begins.
